Food Plan

Known as "secondary food", we focus on the importance of organic and local produce, whole grains, high-quality proteins, plant-based fats, and water.

Mood Plan

Known as "primary food", we focus on that which gives us joy, meaning or fulfillment, making life worth living. These are the things that feed us beyond the plate.

The Program:


We work with you in a six month program designed for your individual needs in which we map out your goals and create steady and realistic ways to achieve them, choose healthier food options + decide which ones work best for you, and find the right offerings in New York City to help you lead a more enjoyable and happier life.

The Basics:

  • Two 50 minute sessions per month for 6 months where we will include discussion of your progress + provide recommendations 

  • Healthy and easily prepared recipes

  • Simple and engaging handouts to increase your nutritional knowledge

  • Access to our vetted NYC wellness list which includes massage, acupuncture, reiki, exercise, healthy restaurant recommendations and much much more!

  • Email support in between sessions.
